Return Period
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return. This period is valid for all our customers, regardless of the destination country.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use and with all tags intact.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging or in other suitable packaging that protects the item during transport.
Return Process

- Authorization: After your request is approved, we will send you an email with detailed instructions and a UPS return label.
- Shipment: Take the package to a UPS collection point or schedule a pickup at your residence. Make sure to attach the provided return label.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original form of payment used in the purchase. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Sales
Our service caters to customers in various countries, with shipments departing directly from Brazil. International returns follow the same process described above, ensuring our global customers can enjoy a worry-free shopping experience.
